EXCHANGES

  • We do not accept exchanges at this time, defective merchandise exceptional.

If the item is defective upon delivery U must contact Customer Care to make return within (5) days of receiving the goods.

 RETURN POLICY

Sad to hear it didn’t work out for U, but here’s the good news: we accept returns within (5) days after order is shipped (AKA the date listed on the delivery status from the shipping carrier) for most items in new condition. U must contact Customer Care before returning merchandise within (5) days after order is shipped. The following steps are provided below to return your order:

  1. Email Customer Care with your order number & indicate the reason for your return!
  2. Customer Care will respond within 24 hours for approval before shipping your return
  3. If approved, Customer Care will provide U with the returning information.

Here's the fine print. U just can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached. Also, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, jewelry, hats, and any other items marked as "Final Sale."

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • Sorry we do not accept returns for international customers at this time.

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
